please healp BO2

i have tried to get an answear for months but nobody has said anything. my problem is BO2 when i play it its runs at a perfectly stable 140 fps on high but for some reason when i play it another time the fps just stays at 3 fps wich is unplayable. i can run other games perfectly but bo2 has a problem, it happend with the steam version also. please any help would be greatly appriciated.

Only explanation for this would be something running in the background using your gpu. Maybe it's also an issue with your graphics driver so try updating that. Another reason i can think of (although wouldn't really make sense if it did this sporadically) is the game using your integrated intel hd graphics instead of your dedicated gpu (if you have dual gpus/are playing on a laptop). -

specs are: cpu: amd ryzen 5 3550h
gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 1650 4gb vram
8gb ram
this never happens with other games. thank you for replying

Follow this guide to make sure t6rmp.exe always uses your gtx 1650. t6rmp.exe might not be in the list of games in the nvidia control panel but there should be an option to add programs.

Dss0 i also applied the settings. maybe if i restart my computer it will apply?
