@MeMaTi_35 post a screenshot of the contents of the "main" folder in your game folder. distortion_ring is inside iw_01.iwd which should be 306,915KB.

@MeMaTi_35 iw_01.iwd is supposed to be 306,915KB not distortion_ring.iwi. Pls post a screenshot of your "main" folder.

@MeMaTi_35 everything looks fine, and you selected D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 on the iw5 game tab in the launcher?
