        It's usually antivirus programs causing the issue. Add pluto to exclusions, if that doesn't work, disable it. If that doesn't work either, uninstall the shitty antivirus. Windows Defender is good enough.

          no antivirus in my pc i tried play game and boom stucked i uninstalled and tryed again wit turning off windows defender and not worked i think piry doesnt installed game fully after piry downloaded game i cant find any exe file in folder Screenshot (1).png
