T6R.DLL Fail

When I try to download the game, I keep checking and the t6r file is missing. I have tried deactivating my anti-viruses, downloading the file from an external source, downloading on a c:drive, and whitelisting Pluto. When I tried to whitelist Pluto, the file wouldn't show up on the whitelist at all. I have probably downloaded and uninstalled about 25 times. It worked once, but as soon as I closed the window, it uninstalled. Another time it worked for about five minutes before being deleted again.

Exclude the bo2 folder from scanning in your antivirus software. You mentioned "anti-viruses", having multiple antivirus softwares can actually be worse than having one so i would recommend uninstalling all of them but one (tbh windows defender alone is enough tho). Then run piry to reaquire the file.
