Accidentally installed BO2 DLC into BO1 folder on steam using the DLC torrent

So I orginally tried to download the BO2 DLC to the BO2 steam folder but accidentially installed it in the BO1 steam folder and only noticed after i finshed downloading it. What can I do to fix this?

If you have fast internet connection, uninstall BO1 with BO2 DLCs and redownload both BO2 DLCs and BO1 base game. You can try and manually transfer DLCs from BO1 folder to BO2, but it's really complicated.

@Emvek Would uninstalling and reinstalling bo1 on steam work? I managed to download the bo2 dlc files to the correct folder and bo2 works fine.

EvanK it would work, that's what I have said (redownload BO1).
