i got banned for recording cinematics in the game

i was playing game for demo then i ran a mod tool to record cinematic then i got banned for a long time, what should i do to lift the ban? i got banned last time on bo2 for attempting to record too.

You did not learn your lesson, if you need to use those kind of tool you have to play in lan mode. Memory tempering will result in a ban, if you do it more then once will become 14 days and then will be permanent.
