Unique issue with game (Bo2 T6)

Im having an issue where I cannot fire my semi-auto guns nearly as fast as I typically would. Seems to be an issue where I can no longer buffer any inputs including interacting with objects.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
