Permanent R1/R2 and L1/L2 on multiplayer

Is there a specific way to make the R1/R2 and L1/L2 switching permanent, because every time I log in I have to keep switching it with the command? It just ends up being annoying.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
