cannot open the launcher and the launcher or open the game

i cant open the launcher it pops up (the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). click OK to close the application.) but just yesterday i was able to open plutonium but when i tried opening both zombies and multiplayer for b02 it popped up that same message. anyone know how to fix this?
