Controller Not Working

I am having issues on using my controller for MW3. I have DS4 installed along with all the necessary drivers. It reads my ps5 and ps4 controllers fine, but in game I cannot use it. All I can do is swipe and press the touch pad and use it like a mouse. Any suggestions?
