Iw5 closes but bootstrapper stays open and freezes

this happens when trying go to a server that needs mods to join such as the S&R server. I tried deleting the mod folder and coming back and it just downloads the mods again and i can play but next time i launch iw5 again and try to join back it does the same thing, iw5 closes but bootstrapper stays open and freezes.

Cannot join servers with mods (game window never starting)
Stay in the main menu or close your game if you're already stuck without the game window opened.
Open a command prompt (cmd) in Windows and paste this command (right click) rmdir /s /q %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\mods then press Enter

Until Plutonium fixes that issue you'll have to do that when the issue occurs.
