Everytime I open plutonium, it resizes windows and I can hear the game, but I cannot open it.

Any help? I press play in the launcher, and it runs the command prompt like usual, it says a few commands are "unknown":

and then I go to click on the game, and it doesn't open. Any help?

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
