BO2 zombies crashes whenever i click play

Hello I know you probably have a lot of people having the same issue. So basically the title says it all, whenever I click play on zombies the game crashes. it doesn't give me a error or anything. I've been looking through the forum and found people with the same problem but haven't found a solution. If you could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.

ilytwo I did that and it hasn't worked. Is there something I need to install for zombies? I don't have any antivirus other than the one that comes with windows.

Yes you can only open from the launcher.
