Can't get controller support to work

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone here can help me. Controller support works fine in Bo2. I followed the directions and DS4 windows wouldn't work, but Steam would (yes, I did try disabling steam).
Now I'm trying to set up MW3 with controller support, but I can't get Steam or DS4 Windows to work. I'm not sure how to debug the issue. Any ideas? Does anyone here have PS4 controller support working for MW3? Are you using Steam or DS4 Windows?
