Zombie mode crashing unexpectedly

while I'm playing zombies my game suddenly crashes and take me to desktop. The t236r (something like that) tab turns empty, nothing running there, but my game is running ( I tried alt + tab, but nothing...) I can hear the zombies killing me but I can't do nothing. Someone help plz? I'd love help

What is your antivirus?
Also switch your game to windowed borderless instead of fullscreen, it could help -

If you don't know software is running on your PC it's hard to help you then.
Look in the taskbar and in the tray menu, the small arrow bottom right.
If you still can't understand screenshot all of your taskbar including the tray menu
