How can I remove the limit of drinks?, and is there a patch to put the game in Spanish? I do not care if it is in Latin Spanish or Spanish from Spain

Removing the perk limit is done with GSC.

As for the language either use Steam to change the language easily or find a patch on the internet.
Plutonium only provides english files
