BO2 Zombies freezing after the first click

the game launches, but when i click online or options, it frezees, and when i alt tab it goes to a black screen HELP
the game works fine on steam, but doesnt seem to work on Plutonium for some reason
it says this on the console
Clicked online and the game freezes, but the sounds still is playing
alt tab seems to kill the game -
Try this after starting your game (before any issue occurs)
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click)r_fullscreen 2; vid_restartthen press EnterIn case it doesn't work mention what your antivirus is

Re-do the fullscreen thing again twice to see if it works
