Need Help Playing w/ Friends

Hello, I've turned on UPNP according to my router anyways. I've also tried setting up port forwarding according to the port forwarding instructions on the forum and it is not working. My NAT also says Strict even after i set up the port and turned on uPNP.

Port forward port 3074 (UDP) on your router and make sure your firewall isn't blocking anything

So I port forward 3074. And also port forward 4976-4977?
