Mouse Acceleration

Black Ops 2 and MW3 both have Mouse Acceleration on for some reason. I've tried everything from V-Sync to console commands but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to turn it off?

This option is not included in BO2, in BO2 it is hardware accelerated, which in turn is defaulted by Windows.
To disable mouse acceleration, go to Control Panel/Mouse/Pointer Options and uncheck the option that says "Improve Pointer Precision"
