IW5 Installation Issue

I launched Plutonium to Download IW5 and I got an issue:

Failed to fetch info: Get "https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/prod.json": dial tcp: lookup cdn.plutonium.pw: no such host

Any Help?

Seems to be a firewall problem, ensure any router level firewall is turned off. Who is your ISP?
Ensure you allow Plutonium IW5 through your Windows Firewall.

I allowed Plutonium through Firewall, The Problem is not yet fixed.
