Texture Issues for Perk Machines and other letterings

I have my textures on max detail for BO1 and BO2 zombies, and the maps look great. However, the perk machine letters and other letterings (such as the map on Mob of The Dead) are blurrier than on the Xbox versions of these maps. Those are the only messed up textures in the game, and I have reinstalled multiple times and played with all the settings.

Can someone give me a solution?
