Hello, I have original black ops 2 on steam, and I was wondering if there is any risk of vac ban or some other problem, if I use the plutonium launcher on BO2 original Steam

No Plutonium is not communicating with Steam servers.
Even if it was, why would you banned from Steam for using a software on your PC that has nothing to do with games/servers on Steam? -
