i got banned for playing solo with cheats enabled

hello i got banned of playing solo(as the host) custom game with cheats and because i had a 3th party app to test the other maps and for some reason i got banned what if want to troll my friends? the reason i even downloaded a 3rd party shouldn't closed custom games(with cheats on) have no anti-cheat
