[BUG]No power up drops in zombies after a player joins the game

As the title says, when someone joins a server I'm in, most of the time power ups stop spawning and zombies make no sound. When I'm the first one to join everything's good but the moment another player connects, no more power ups (most of the time). Sometimes it doesn't happen and all's good.
This happens regardless of the server I join, I've tried multiple. Anyone else having this problem? -
Ok so I have to make a correction: this also happens when I'm alone in the server. What is going on? Never happened on solo or custom games with friends.
