BO2 zombies not saving stats

Hey guys bear with me because I'm still relatively to this community and whatnot so I'm not super good with the technical stuff, but basically my issue is that I am an avid zombies player and sometimes my stats for a session just don't save at all when I quit the application seemingly at random. Is this a known issue or is there something I can do to fix this? I hate playing for a couple hours only for it to completely disappear for seemingly no reason :(.

Hey, I tried this and went through the game to check. I opened and closed the app twice (after playing a short match to update my stats) and both times upon relaunch were fine. On the third I went into a match of tranzit to do the ee and upon completion I once again I closed out the app and upon relaunch my stats were once again sent back to BEFORE the match with the ee like that 3rd time having the app open never happened. This is really tiring as I'm trying to do the super ee but the game just doesn't want to save my stats anymore after I get done with an egg :(.
