BO1 Multiplayer - and Zombies Multiplayer does not work

Hello Everyone,
when i try to start BO1 Multiplayer, it crashes right here:
Also, when trying to find or join any Zombie Server it will not work either.
Today, I can not find any Server anymore. Before, a few days ago, I could find some server, but I was not able to join. It gave me an error message, which I did not take screen of. However, I can not find any servers from now on:
On the First day, when I downloaded the game, everything worked fine! Multiplayer as well as Zombies, now only solo Zombies works. No Antivirus, except the AV from windows, which does not block plutonium or BO1. Maybe Windows Firewall? Or reinstall the game?
