Error. G_Spawn: no free entities

When i try to start a custom game solo, I get this error and I don't know how to fix it, i tried to play online, in LAN, with and without mods and I still get it.
I didn't reinstall it because my internet is so slow that I need 2 consecutive days to install the game, so a would appreciate a solution (if there is one other than reinstalling)

It was on custom maps only, it worked on solo play.
But i already fixed it, i didnt saw the files from this mod https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/17208/release-zombies-custom-survival-maps-option-for-custom-games and it was the problem.
