Black Screen on launch

What I've tried so far in order to fix the issue:
-Reinstalling the game
-Verified integrity of game cache
-Entered this in the command prompt after the game launches "r_fullscreen 0;r_noborder 1;vid_ypos 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_restart"

I don't know what else to do, it always ends up in me closing it by force
