trouble opening the game

when I open the game an error message appears "FAILED TO LOAD LIBCELF"

Jowick6 If you receive this error ensure your game folder is stored in a correct location. User areas such Desktop, Documents and Downloads are NOT correct locations to install software.
C:/Games/Black Ops II is the recommend location to extract the game to. If you wish to put it in a different location ensure there is no non-English characters in the file path / no symbols.
