Plutonium BO2 Multiplayer FPS Problem

Hi Everyone, So I got a problem on FPS. Normally I Can Get 120+ FPS, But sometimes i get 10-40 FPS.I try to play other games like Valorant and apex legends but it works fine.

Anyone have a idea how to fix it?

Try to switch between fullscreen and windowed borderless with alt + enter
