Can you model swap with plutonium

As the title mentions is it possible to model swap with plutonium like you can in black ops 3? im just curious since you can make custom camo's and stuff

OctolingNexus It depends on which game.

T4/T5/IW5 - Full modding support and mod tools.
T6 - Only GSC and images.
