Connection failed

When i launch the game, then click "Online" it starts loading for like a minute then tells me "Unable to join Call of Duty: Black Ops II server. Retry or open http://www.callofduty.com/blackops2/status.
Reinstalling game didnt work
Even reinstalling windows didnt work.pls help .-.
