Lost all progress in BO1?

I’ve been playing the game on plutonium for weeks, I disconnected from a server and closed the game as normal, and when I open the game through Plutonium again, it set me all the way back to level 1 but my playercard stayed the same. Tried restarting game, client, logged in and out, restarting PC. Nothing worked. What can I do?
