NOT WORKING ANYWHERE - Unlockall command and button not working for Bo2 Multiplayer

Hello.
I've used this once and reset my stats. I didn't mean to reset my stats but now I cannot do Unlockall again becuase it's not working with the command with and without the slash. I try the button over and over and it never works.
Can someplease just tell me how I can fix this issue, if it is one, or explain to me what i can do to unlcok all the camos, Gold and Dimaond specifically.
