Crashdump file won't help as only admins/devs can read it and they don't have time to review crashdump files.
First why do you have Black Ops II in the taskbar? Where you running the game on Steam aside of Plutonium? Did you have two games opened?
Also were you playing a private/solo game or playing on a server? If you were not playing on a server then you probably have some scripts that have issues or conflicts with others so try to play fully vanilla and see
