Slow loading screen, won't let me enter games

Basically the problem is this, I open the launcher and get ready to play, my fps meter is always at 60 and when I join a game (Zombies or multiplayer) the loading screen is very slow, slow enough that I get kicked out before I can play.
It takes about 2 minutes to load map for solo play.
I have a not so powerful pc but I always play at 60 fps at medium graphics.

Intel hd 2500 128mb
6gb ram ddr3
Windows 10 Ltsc 64 bitsIt already happened to me since windows 7, is there a solution for that slow loading screen?

What matters is your internet and your disk speed.
Don't connect to servers far from you if you have bad internet
If your game is on an HDD then move it to an SSD or if you can't try to defrag your HDD -

I do not have an ssd and the hdd disk is defragmented.My internet connection is stable, I think, it's 6mb,
the servers tell me from 30 to 90 of ping
