Sensitivity bug

Hello.
I was playing all ok yesterday, but i don't know why i woke up hopped on BO2 and noticed i had an controller-like sensitivity, my crosshair was ''warping'' if you can even call it that, and i couldn't turn my view up nor down. Please help i have no clue how to fix this.
