MW3 DLC Not downloading on Mega NZ

Mega NZ has a limit of 3gb file for some reason and the dlc file is 3.14 gb. otherwise i have to pay. altough you can wait 4 hours, my internet was down and had to restart but couldnt cause of the 3gb limit. does anyone have alternative links?
