Sound error

I just don't hear anything, my game has no sound

me aswell, just downloaded BO1 and BO2 no sound, atleast through my bluetooth headset which is selected both on my desktop and in the games sound settings

ive noticed audio works out of my computers speakers but theyre completely blown on my machine so not an option for me.. wont work on any bluetooth device though
ive installed direct x9 and even tried the one from the link of the one of the staff/admins here and ran the install from the download folder for that with no help
when the games launched it actually knocks out audio on my whole computer until i close the game, as in if i back out to google and run a youtube video with the game still open in the background i get no audio there either
the in game option is set to my bluetooth headset, ive gone to control panel audio and set my headset as the default device for the system still no remedy, black ops 5 zombies will do about 2 seconds of audio on launch then goes mute
