My Xbox controller works on zombies but not on online multiplayer

Hi guys I´´ve just installed plutonium and I have a sero¡ious problem, my xbox360 controller is recognized by windows (I use it to play many games), Furthemore, it works when i play Bo2 zombies mode, when i go to the Bo2 online multiplayer mode it just doesnt work
