Need VIP System for my Server pls Help

i have a Problem with my server

when my friend and me want to play search and destroy normal we want to be all in one team

plutonium put u in random teams so my idea was that i have an vip system who i can add my friend in it and everyone who is vip comes into team axis and the other player comes into team allies

but i tryt so much but it keep doesnt work every player comes into the same team

someone have simple vip system which work?
