I'm pretty new to this but, the .exe file seems to not be there when I download the BO2 torrent file i've tried multiple times but its just not there
It just shows all of these files and nothing more is there supposed to be an .exe file with the download or am I doing something wrong?

There's no exe file. If you mean the launcher then just download it from the website. Doesn't need to be in there
