BO1 doesn't save

Hey, I just got BO1 and I've been playing the campaign but every time I exit the game it doesn't save my progress. Is this normal and can someone help me?

We don't support campaign. Any bug/issue will not be fixed and you won't get help either

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification). You'll also be able to save bookmarks and upvote posts to show your appreciation to other community members.
