The game has no text or gui at all. cdd74687-0e6e-449d-aac7-0d182f4bced0-image.png

This happens in the menus, in game, and anywhere else that text is expected. Every other cod game works fine, but this particular one has the problem.

    I have windows 10
    gtx 1650
    i5 9th gen
    16gb ram

I have tried updating and downloading older drivers. I have tried redownloading and checking game files. I originally downloaded it from steam.

Pistakilla I have it located in the default steam folder, and only use the english version.

SubAlternate yeah don't save it there, program files require additional permissions. Move the game folder to like C:\Games or a different drive if you have one.
