Weapon Leveling and Theater mode not working anymore

Hello. I just did notice some bugs in MW3 after the recent update. Theater mode doesn't work anymore. Weapon leveling doesn't work anymore (atleast for my server with snipers) Player leveling works though. I can play 4 Maps and the MSR will still be on Level 1, it worked fine before update. Anyone did notice this bugs also?
I'm playing without Unlock all, and plan to play without Unlock all in future

I assume this in public server matches and not private matches? Have you tried using those weapons on other servers besides yours?

tkdguy Yes. On public Servers. Im going to try using other Weapons classes on other Servers and will let you know

tkdguy All good. I didn't meet the level requirement for MSR. Whoops... my bad ^^
