problem with language

I would like to report a problem that happens to me when entering mw3, it happens that when I enter there is a language that I cannot understand anything, I wanted to know if there is any command in the console that solves this

Xxmeliodas-SanxX your game is in a foreign language? Where did you download mw3 from? If you got it on steam you can change the language there (right click in your library -> properties -> language).
