how to unlock this rare ACOG targeting point

I have seen several players using this sight, how do I unlock it?

do unlockall in console and go in the attatchments for the weapon u want it on and choose "Acog sight

@Allah-Akbar-u I only have these 6 reticles for precision rifles.

but I see players with the AS50 or the barrett cal 50 using that reticle
