Piry.exe not downloading all files

having trouble getting all the files from your server....
my last attempt to run bo2 resulted in an error msg (xinput.dll not found)
i don't seem to be getting some others, including t6m.dll, t6rm.exe, and t6rzm.exe....
any idea whats going on?
