Black screen on MW3 startup

I know there's a lot posts about it, but I have tried doing the r_fullscreen 0 (or 2); vid_restart and does'nt work for me. one thing i've noticed is theres no player2 neither the plutonium folder on my game folder after a boot it with IW5
I've tried closing some background apps like synapse, shadowplay even steam and some other apps but it does'nt seems to work either.
If I alt tab and then go back i can actually see the game menu but the screen will be frozen with the menu music going on still.

Change your video settings without crashing the game (borderless windowed)
Make sure your game is closed before doing that.
Go in this folder%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\players.
Then openconfig_mp.cfgwith the notepad to edit it.
Findr_displayModeand change it to be like this (you can use ctrl+f to search for it):
seta r_displayMode "windowed (no border)" -

iTzAnnihilate are you sure about this? Even when you click inside the window? I never saw someone with this issue.
Try to install DirectX and to update your GPU drivers

I have no other idea other than trying to close potentially conflicting softwareResxt I just found the GPU Tweak III was the conflicting software for me.
Since I closed it and disabled the open on startup my game seems to be working fine.Thank you for you support
