I never had this problem with mw3 until like a week ago bo1 ,bo2 waw work perfectly fine and run pretty well .

kokin reinstall ur game, delete the files and download again, thats pretty much a corrupted file over there

What mouse do you have? I've noticed that some mice's polling rates cause the game to drop frames when turning around In game. Happens sometimes in IW5 for me but Its not too bad

kokin look at ur graphi cards video driver and ur pc drivers in general, if not try to see ur ram, see if it fits the place where it should be and cooler, sometimes the cooler gets out of ur cpu and it can heat temperature, making frame drops.

What you could try to do is to cap your FPS at something like 50 below the maximum your GPU can output.
